Brochure Templates

Six designs, ready for your words.

Pick a template, download it for PowerPoint (it also opens in Google Slides, Keynote and Canva), replace the sample text and photos, export as a PDF and upload it to the Brochure Creator. Each one is six pages: cover, about, services, numbers, case study and contact. Free to download.

Showing previews in A4. Every template comes in both US Letter and A4.

From template to published brochure

  1. Download the PowerPoint file in your page size (US Letter for North America, A4 elsewhere).
  2. Open it in PowerPoint, or upload it to Google Slides, Keynote or Canva. Everything is editable: colours live in the theme, text sits in named boxes, and the grey shapes are where your photos go (right-click a shape and choose Fill → Picture, or simply drag a photo over it).
  3. Replace the sample company, headline, services and figures with your own. Delete any page you do not need; duplicate any you want more of.
  4. Export as PDF: File → Export (PowerPoint), File → Download → PDF (Google Slides), Share → Download → PDF Print (Canva). Choose the highest quality.
  5. Upload the PDF in the Brochure Creator. The first page becomes your cover, links keep working, and you get a page-turning brochure with its own address and embed code.

Fonts: the templates use Cambria, Century Schoolbook, Bookman Old Style, Calibri and Arial, which ship with Office. If you open them elsewhere and a font is substituted, the layout still holds. Sample names and figures are fictional. You may use these templates for your own or your clients’ brochures; please do not resell the files themselves.
